MIL got a £7 off a £70 spend the other week.

This follows on from vouchers they sent her with 3x £10 off a THIRTY POUND spend - one for each of three weeks.

The vouchers pre-dated any involvement with ClubCard.

That reminds me, I did get one of those earlier this week (can't recall when I'm always in Tesco!).

Thing is, I have had that till-spit before and it wouldn't scan because I couldn't find a Sure deodorant it works with. None of them say 'Sure for Women' on the can any more as far as I could see, and I tried buying several different women's Sure products before admitting defeat and asking CS to credit the points manually for me.

Upshot is I don't need any more deodorant for the next year, but I will still buy some to wave at CS to prove I can have the points! :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Oh no my quest for the toiletry vouchers continues ......... needed a paper so decided to go to culverhouse cross to see if they had any. The drive took approx 18 mins, I entered the store with my 4 kiddies and DD3 promptly threw up everywhere, including her dress and sandals. I took her to the toilets but she was saturated so off we went to the clothing section and my main objective was to get her dressed again - so after buying a new outfit and new flip flops, putting the dirty washing in a bag and spending £8.00.

I was ready to buy my paper ! bought my newspaper and a few bits and bobs using some quick read vouchers and received 2 till spills:

one was for the hallmark card 0 40 points yeah and the other was for loving-it magazine half price which is great as thursday's Sun has money off voucher for it so it will be free using vouchers.

They didn't have the toiletry vouchers but I did get 5 points for reusing carrier bags. Also picked up a free mens goodie bag ............

My search continues and my daughter is now feeling fine, could the poor child have been subjected to too many Tesco visits ? one look at a store and perhaps she feels sick. The till spills today came from a card which I do not use much and they are valid until 10/9
