Help Please With Easy Jet

Just been really silly pressed wrong button on comp was meaning to check flight details instead confirmed flight so I have ended up booking flight for the wrong week feel so stupid I am booking flight for mum to go to spain does anyone know about a 24 hour cancellation policy. Would be glad of any advice.

    don't really understand how you can accidentally book a flight :confused: did you accidentally put in your name , address , credit card details and then somehow press "confirm purchase"

    Anyway sorry for your mistake , but i don't think you'll have much success cancelling an easyjet flight for a full refund............. but it would do no harm trying , at worst you should only have to pay the difference between the flight you booked and the one you should have booked - although you will not get a refund if it is cheaper !

    You can cancel within 24 hours of a booking but they will charge you £15 per passenger per flight.

    After 24 hours you can't cancel but you can transfer the booking to another flight and pay the difference between the flight you booked and the one you should have booked plus £15 per passenger per flight.

    Thanks got booking changed cost me £30 that will teach me
    just before you confirm booking they give you the chance to review booking by pressing cancel or press ok to confirm as I was talking to mother I pressed ok instead 0f cancel next time I will pay more attention.
