Sent a complaint to the big cheese at McDs on Wednesday (I got ignored for about 10 minutes in a quite restaurant on Monday morning, then when they finally noticed me, I told them i was no longer waiting and walked off - was really cross)
Received a call yesterday from a lady at customer services (I assume in H.O) saying that the big cheese had asked her to call me just to let me know they had received my complaint, would be contacting the restauranmt in question and they were dealing with it. She said I will hear back from them by letter ASAP.
I was very impressed
