Can you freeze bread dough?

I'd like to try making dough with my bread maker. I normally use milk and eggs (rather than just water) to make brown bread.
Can you freeze the dough at all? If yes, for how long?

Wrong forum but yeah you can freeze it not sure for how long but I suspect it would last a while.0

I have some in my freeezer at the moment. Not tried it before so will defrost soon and see!0
