Distance Selling Regulations

Hi
I bought some equipment for my home gym.
I ordered them informally via the manager, and direct email..
The goods in question are some barbell plates along with a power rack, bench and weights tree.
In the email I simply said "185kg worth of weights + plates", I assumed that the weights would be rubberised, however he gave me a good quote and I agreed to order. In our email corrospondence there was no further clarification and we took the matter on the phone to give my CC information.
Now.. I've received these cheap cast iron plates which I'm not happy with, so I would like to return them for an exchange (but likely to increase the total cost a bit)..
I also have the right to cancel, from the distance selling regulations.
I didn't check the goods before signing, but I did write "goods not inspected", and telephoned the supplier immediately after on the same day of recept to tell them that I am not happy with the cast iron plates, and waiting a callback form the mananager.
If I cancel this, and opt to return the goods for a refund. Am I entititled carriage costs?
the website in question is powerhouse-fitness.co.uk

Their T&Cs do say that the cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer. It does appear that they may collect the stuff though (again at your cost).
Read their T&Cs as there are conditions.0 -
You have to pay to send them back but they have to refund the entire amount paid in the first place, including postage.0
