help required please - new e-bayer

Hi

I just sold my first few items on ebay and have to give postage discounts to a couple of people who bought more than one thing. I have tried everything I can think of on the invoice but it doesn't seem to work. Tried putting it in the discount at the bottom but it just wipes it off again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me out.

many thanks

    Have you clicked on recalculate?
  • Yes - I put the altered amount in and it just took it out again when I clicked on recalculate!!

just put -xx.xx in the discounts (i.e. -1.37 or something)

    it should work

if it doesn't, just tell the buyer to take off xx.xx off their payment to you!
i.e. even though invoice says xx.xx, send a cheque for yy.yy

I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)
