We have a couple of computers at home. When I have tried to log on to some of my bank websites, the box immediately turns yellow when I enter the first letter. Obviously I haven't continued with it, thinking that somehow it is an attempt to access my log-in details. This is a new computer (about 2 months old). It doesn't happen on the older computer.
I phoned up both Egg and Halifax to see if they had changed their sites - but no. I've tried to look up on the web for any explanation but with no luck. Can anyone explain what my problem could be? I'm not technical, so please keep it simple!
Thanks in advance.

I think this will be an auto-fill feature that is offered by a number of companies like Google - I have one on my m/c at work which turns selected fields yellow - these are fields that you can get auto-filled by storing the info on a one-time basis on Google, after which clicking on the 'Autofill' button automatically fills in the info for you. You need not necessarily do it though, you may choose to override it by entering something else.
Not sure if this is the case with you...It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0
