Combi Boiler - Water coming out very hot

Can anyone give me some advice on how to lower the temperature of the hot water coming out of my combi boiler?

I have turned the dial down to its lowest setting but this does not make any difference.

I have a Ferroli boiler.

Thanks

if adjusting the thermostat makes no difference to the water temperature then i would say it's F.U.B.A.R'd (the thermostat that is) call in an engineer

Thought it could be that or something to do with the water flow/pressure
