    THEY WASTED ME 25 minutes too when i first applied for mortgage- true , endless questions and to add pain into injury the guy couldnt understand my accent at all

    he advised me to go to the branch- i did, it took the guy in the branch 5 minutes to dismis me for mortgage and think i bank with them an noone else 5 years now.
    got the mortgage with abey, got no more credit,debit,business account with hsbc

    HC13 - all lenders will go through your income and expenditure once you fully apply, just to warn you. It is slightly irritating I agree, but the FSA insists the service provider has a duty of care to run through a budget planner - and indeed lenders indemnity insurers also require such.
