Don't forget bra appeal which has also been mentioned in Martin's emails. I've sent loads of bras to them, they're awesome and can take bras that are a little past their best as long as the clasp and strap is OK.

You can contact your local service direct, there's a list of services here. If you're into helping refuges you can also get a postal address for your local one and fill it in for free sim offers. A free sim can be given out to a woman working on leaving an abusive home so she's got a number she can be safely contacted on, and it can be used to give her a new start when she leaves.0
