received a letter from them on the 4th january giving me eight weeks to reply, so i sent a letter back saying i am in hardship, sent ccj's and bills saying i am in arrears aswell as my dissability living allowance certificate. sent it recorded have a signature for it. rang them every week since it was sent 4 weeks ago, they said its on the system and i will have a decision soon, just rang them today and they said they have my letter but not my evidence???????

so they need it all again,


but i have a signature saying they recieved it help please???

Tell them to look for your information since it was sent in the same envelope and is their mistake. Ask them if you can go into your local branch and have them faxed to the correct department since THEY not YOU have lost the original documents.
