hi can anyone advise or help as new to this forum and a tad unsure what to do or if i can do anymore!
Have previously wrote to my bank to reclaim my charges,initially like many others the claim was put on hold, however,in December they replied to say that they were closing my file giving me eight weeks to respond.
Stupidly i overlooked this and now i'm beyond the deadline - can i revisit this or am i too late to do anything about this?

You can revisit it and use the number given otherwise it will restart the 8 weeks again.0
