Flight of the conchord tickets - any chance of more being released?

I had been hoping to suprise my bf with tickets for his favourite comedians, but no such luck when they went on sale this morning, didnt realise pre-sale was yesterday!
Ebay prices at the moment are ridiculous, have had a look at ticket exchange sites but nothing atm, do they usually add more dates/release more tickets nearer the event?
