You might want to take a look at Regulation 72 of the Payment Services Regulations 2009.

According to this regulation, cash payments must be credited immediately.

So the answer to your question would appear to be 3rd March.

It may, however, take a day or two for the entry to appear on your account. But when it does, it should be dated the 3rd March.

I find paying cash in a bank, it usually takes 3 to 5 working days to clear.

If you pay a credit card bill in a bank not related to your credit card provider it can take 5 to 8 working days to clear.

The best way to pay your bill is DD or by paying you bill over the phone with a debit card.

    Hope this helps.

ALL Lloyds cash c/card payments over the counter at a LLoyds Branch are treated as an immediate credit, though as pointed out above it will take anything between 1-3 days to reflect this on the account.

Same day as long as b4 3pm.

Cash is king especially if you paid it at a lloyds bank.

Shows up, up to 3 days later.

Old trustcard accounts and hand written slips are credited same day but HOCA payments (ie the bottom bit of your statement) can take 3-5 working days to credit the account whether it be cheque or cash.

Not in my experience of paying off a Lloyds card over the counter for the past ten + years.
It can be done at anytime up until closing and will still be counted as a payment that day. Other payments may have a 3pm deadline, but Lloyds credit card payments don't.
