hi

i've got a pc with a adsl internet connection.

i've shared the connection with one laptop using a ad hoc (comp 2 comp) wirelessly and now trying to share it so another computer can use the connection through a cross over cable.

i run the setup, the pc creates the bridge but only the cable connected laptop connects to the internet.

please help....

I think I can see what you have here and would suggest getting a wireless router.

A Cat5 ethernet switch, may be another cheaper option, then run ICS internet connection sharing from XP, I have not done that in a while though,

It does depend on how much of a hurry you are in

Not a problem, a cheap Ethernet switch can be got off Ebay for about £10, BUT it will involve having to have the PC with the internet connection up at the same time as the other machine which you are surfing on at the time,

possibly if your neighbours does NOT have internet then you could split the costs
