Linda - that strikes me as far too much... and im sure any sane runnerly person would tell you the same.

Where are your rest days... seriously.

    Yesterday and Tuesday

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Yay sal! *trumpets*

I never have b/p probs, like my dad i get told off cos it's too low (around 90 or 100/50) and i get told to take it easy. It's a bit up at the mo what with being fat, but when I lose weight it'll plummet again (probably 110/70 - 120/70) And then I'll have the joys of dizziness and having to get up like old ladies - in stages.

    Might bleach my hair....

I've had low bp problems too, no idea why either!

Linda, I've always had low blood pressure, so I get told to not do too much exercise or I'll pass out(and have done before) and to keep fluids near me at all times. I also have to have something sweet when I nearly pass out...so dunno what that is, but hasn't happened recently...hmm....

Spent from my last post to this post doing twisty/rowy things, now feel a bit hot and a bit sweaty, but that's a good thing I guess....
ZTD, I never watch them or I just sit there shouting abuse at the screen. I do that t films I don't like too

Some people read what they're thinking... ;)

"We were born and raised in a summer haze." Adele 'Someone like you.'
"Blowing your mind, 'cause you know what you'll find, when you're looking for things in the sky."
