nice one, Evans Cycles- Brighton

I had been trying to do a few tweaks on my bike, and failing-

one shop (old sole trader) may have had what i was after, but the place was full of bikes and bits, i am surprised people didnt get lost underneath!

another wanted to book me in to 'repair' what would take seconds with the spanner i was after..

though Evans were ace= not being sure what size i would need, the ysensibly suggested i brought my bike in, to check.

duly done- they them spent a few minutes findig the biggest wrenches i have ever seen, inflicted on my poor bike.. a couple of twists later, and i was good (ie, safe!) to ride again.. and all done for nada.

sadly, it seems i may have now grown out of this bike, as the handlebars are already as high as they will safely go.. either that, or i am getting old and creaky!

anyways, cheers Evans peeps- good to see some good old fashioned customer care still exists.
