Bravissimo is great for the ample lady.

Mrs G is well beyond anything that M&S sell and has a reasonable choice from them. They have a couple of shops I think and a thriving mail order business.

    A joke for GDB2222:

Satan appears in a church. The minister and congregation run screaming leaving one old man sitting in the pews.

"I am Lucifer, genuflect before me," cries the Devil.

    "Meh," replies the old man

"Meh? MEH? I can destroy you with a look and condemn you to a thousand years of suffering. You WILL bow before me"

"I've been married to your sister for 38 years, why do you think I'll be scared of you....?"

Can't you get a bra with wider straps? I'm sure that if men needed this sort of support there'd be all sorts of well-engineered, comfortable solutions by now. They might not be so elegant, but they'd do the biz all right.

Don't be so sure. I have just finished a two hour stint with a knapsack sprayer and, believe me, the harness could have been better designed.

I fare better with my brushcutter, because I researched that carefully before parting with £400, but the two I hired in the process of testing, had glaring ergonomic faults.

I can't wear underwired bras, my chest is a weird shape apparently which makes them sit awkwardly and offer less support than non underwired.

I'm a G cup size, also have a problem with lace but have found some very decent bras in M&S which are plain, non underwired AND offer decent support and not very expensive at all.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Shame someone snapped her with a ripped dress in the first picture. I'm so pleased she's had a chance to get it replaced now. Mind you, you can see why it ripped.

You can tell I'm a woman. I didn't notice the ripped dress, but hated the blue eyeshadow.

Ah, but if the knapsack sprayer had been designed by a bloke who wore a knapsack sprayer all day every day, perhaps things would be different.

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Gosh Sue, I thought mine were bad, your norks must be huuuuuuge.

Clothes never fit properly either, you have to buy a far larger size than you need to cover the damn things then try and cinch everything else in, or just resign yourself to wearing very clingy tops:(

The men interested in talking about women.

The women are interested in discussing clothes.

One day there'll be a spaceship between Mars & Venus.

Now we just need to get lemonjelly to contribute to the thread and see whether s/he talks about the women or the clothes. :D

I had noticed that, too. At first glance, I thought she was wearing swimming goggles.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
