Swalec - final bill

I moved out of my previous property mid feb, I'm still waiting for my final bill from Swalec. I log onto my bank account this evening and discover that they tried to take £205 out of my account. I nearly had a heart attack. What the hell...

I'm going to call them first thing in the morning because I'm really confused. This winter I went without heating to avoid silly costs such as this. Is there a chance they could be wrong? I'm genuinely shocked. I was expecting to get some money back from them lol :(

You should cancel the direct debit when closing an account, you need to get your final bill and check it against your final meter reading
