Of course they will come after them, banks aren't renowned for giving away £1875.00 of their money and not pursuing it!

I would have thought that they'll rectify it first thing on Monday, sadly.

Pity i cant say - there you go then - your money back minus the amount you have taken off me in unlawful bank charges!!! Im sure they would have alot to say about that if i just 'took' it back from them!!

perhaps you should charge them £38 for giving you too much money then a £28 monthly "unauthorised borrowing" charge at the end of the month...
