Experiences with Madasafish Phone Service

My 12 month renewable evening and weekend contract with BT came to an end, so took a plunge with Madasafish, not particularly to save a penny or two, but to not be tied in to a lengthy contract.
The move was smooth enough. However, I was double invoiced for my first month's rental.
I contacted Madasafish using their geographical number, and spoke to a manager in Sheffield. He sorted out the problem and took the trouble to phone me several times to give me an update.
My overall experience is therefore positive: my evening calls start at 18.00 and I also get 300 mins of calls to international landlines, which I use for Portugal.

Looks interesting. So it's £12.24 a month for unlimited evening and weekend calls with caller id.... plus 300 evenings and weekend minutes to 20 international destinations with evenings starting at 6pm.... and voicemail free if you want it.
One month tie in period.
And can you use other services like 18185? I would need a way of calling during peak times,

Presumably you don't have caller id then. Looks like I'll give it a bash. Possible £22 back on Quidco by the look of it too.0 -
I left them in February as they could not get my billing right. Months would pass without a bill, followed by a large one. For a while, my billed number was showing something utterly unknown, certainly not mine. They were unable to explain why.
When I left, they confirmed that there were no further charges. Six months later, I've received a bill for £114. Bonkers.
I'm endeavouring to write to their CEO, formerly Anthony Vollmer. He's just moved back to BT. I found out that he'd left via the internet, as when I called their call centre to ask who the CEO was , the agent did not know, put me on hold for three minutes, then advised that the CEO was Anthony Vollmer. This was last week....
I'm aware that some Madasafish staff monitor this forum. Maybe they could tell me who the head person is these days...?
