Praise for wickes staff

Would like to give a BIG pat on the back & thank you to Wickes for employing such a wonderfully helpful lady on their helpdesk at their Waltham Abbey branch:j.We were trying to purchase a tap for our bathroom basin and she really went to so much trouble to locate that particular item we were after. I don't think I've ever encountered such a pleasant and helpful individual. Unfortunately, they weren't able to locate the item we wanted in their branch but she then located the Edmonton branch and her colleague there also went to a lot of trouble to locate this particular tap and thankfully they had one in stock which they put by for us until we could make our way down there to collect it. It just shows that good customer service is alive and well in certain stores.:T
