I am quite prepared to post ALL the links for you if you like, as I offered, albeit I have deliberately omitted their names, not one post is from the same person. To the OP, I am glad that this issue has "hopefully" been resolved for you, (frankly I am amazed she knows who your friend is from this thread alone), but regardless, I am only sorry it took an open forum, rather than a simple e-mail or phone call from her, to get the matter resolved.

I think I am going potty. This morning I read 4 posts made by Tasha between 8 and 9 p.m last night, and now I see that the only post she *appears* to have made is one this morning.
Please someone tell me I have not entered the twighlight zone:rotfl:

Your reputation is terrible and its coincidental in each case that you only find the time to suddenly appear online, when the heat gets turned up.

On each occasion in numerous forums, your excuses get more and more ridiculous - the majority as a result seem to get a refund 1 or 2 days before their big day.

Help!!!!

My civil partnership is in TWO WEEKS and I have still not got my topper. Initially Tasha didnt even acknowledge the payment. She finally got in touch to say there was a glitch with the emails and that it should be fixed.

I have emailed, phoned and left messages, text everything apart from going to her house, and I am tempted to do that as we live in the same county! I am at my wits end as this is something that means a lot to us!!

It is such a shame that she lets a talent go to waste because of bad customer services, and not standing by her word. She states in her website that it will arrive up to 3 weeks before.....trading standards will have a field day with her T & C's!!

Hello. This company is now run as Claytastic cake toppers

I ordered a topper from clay toppers in may and paid at that time. I then tried to supply final details in July only to find the company had changed names. It took some research to find a new email address, and even more work to get a response. I was then promised a delivery date of 3rd week in August, then the end of August, then 19th September. She even told me it had been dispatched 1st class on 19th September. I have contacted her twice since then, both messages have been ignored. The most recent one asks for delivery within two weeks ( getting married this month) or a refund. Looking at this thread I will not hold out hope though I may ty and pursue the issue if she fails to comply. Avoid!!!!
