Best decking cleaner

Does anyone have a prefered decking cleaner? I have a good power washer but still think my decking needs a bit more help, the main problem is the green alge that has formed over the winter.
The power washer gets rid of the most of it but there is still a green colour left on the boards.
Theres to many different ones to try them all so i wondered if any one has found one worth buying.

I suppose you could admit defeat and redo it with a green-tinted stain after power washing? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Jeyes fluid apparently works pretty well. Need something with a bleaching agent of some sorts in it to take it off and plenty of elbow grease and a stiff broom.
Treat it once fully dry (wait for weather to imnprove) with decking oil and then keep it regularly oiled and clean - that will help avoid future build up. . Avoid staining it as you will be redoing it forever0 -
Someone on mse told about the products on this site www.owatrol.uk.com i had new decking laid last year and followed the recommendations, used the product and decking still looks as good as the day i put seasonite on it. The site shows pics of decking covered in moss and dirt and looks brilliant after cleaning with their product. The owatrol stuff seems expensive but when you work out you would probably use the product less times over the years, I suppose the difference in cost to others is minimal The bloke who answers the phone is extremley helpfull. I have just passed details onto my brother who coated his new decking last year with ronseal coloured decking stain. it now looks piebald and he is going to wash it off and start again with these products. IF you type in owatrol you will probably find the original poster from last year.:hello:What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -

Thanks some good info on their fact sheets. Might try some of that stuff on my furniture
Does say on there bleach upto 1 parts to 4 water is good for killing mildew off, so get some cheaper bleach rather than Jeyes fluid as I mentioned above maybe0 -
I use Liberon products, I've got a 60m2 deck in my garden and it needs a good clean. I went with Liberon Teak oil and use their cleaner once a year....works well and brings it all back to life.0
