Can any one give me any advice about re claiming bank charges with TSB? I have snt 4 letters to press and they are not bugging on it still stating they were right to charge me.
My only option now is to take this to court?
Does any one have any experiences with TSB good or bad?
Thanks,

Look at martins guide and consider going to the Financial ombudsman service.LegalBeagles0

I have considered that however TSB have threatened that if i do there views will still be counted and I will still loose.
I dont want to give up the fight its only for £172.00 but this is still alot to me that they have taken off me for going over by less than £1.00 on 3 occasions.0 -
It costs you nothing to go to the financial ombudsman. If it goes to adjudication with the ombudsman it costs the bank £400 ish.
They'd be better off repaying your charges.LegalBeagles0 -

They would be, but a monkey is peanuts to the big financial institutions, and perhaps a price they would happily pay to ensure "the sword of truth and the trusty shield of British fair play" is achieved?
Otherwise we'd all be putting in claims for £499.99 in the knowledge it'll be cheaper for the bank to pay up than defend."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
