All the supermarkets do this with Muller yogurts, there seems to be an offer in at least one supermarket at any time!!
I remember stocking up on the corner varieties at 4 or 6 for £1 one week then it was the same number (4 or 6) for £2 the next week, and people seemed not to realise that it was now double the price of last week and it would be cheaper to buy a multipack!!
But then again, I got a mouthful in Tesco last week for pointing out that due to a bogof offer it would be much cheaper to buy 4 single packs than a multipack of soup. I got a really puzzled look, so I pointed at the labels to show the offer and was told to shut up and mind my own business (but a bit less politely than that). Some people don't seem to care about saving money and the supermarkets take advantage of this. As my Grandad used to say, there's none so blind as them who will not see.
It's only a game

Read the labels. Every time.
My favourite is when they put the special offer item at the end of the shelves in pole position for impulse buying, but they don't put the same offer item along in it's normal place with the full price competition. In other words if you just go straight to the dishwashing tablet shelf as per usual you might not notice that there's an offer on one brand because it's somewhere else entirely.Val.0
