Rusted bolts - changing rear lights

Any tips?

Bolts holding bulb holder onto back bit are rusted solid.

    Penetrating oil / WD 40 but guessing bolts will be thin , danger of snapping .
    But if really rusty you won't want to use again , so use a hacksaw
    ( guessing space is tight)

    Probably have to remove "back bit" and soak in plusgas, wd40, paraffin etc. If these fail try a bit of gentle heat but watch fire risk. If all these fail, you will either have to replace "back bit" or to drill out old screws and re-tap threads. Helps if you have access to a vertical miller or even a lathe with verical slide.
