Thanks graphic corrupted

Hi,
got a strange one here. Loaded up MSE on firefox this morning and my "thanks" graphic appears to be corrupted. Its a large black square with the words "Blank Shop" inside.
Any ideas??
Also the forum graphics are mucked up. Instead of having a noteboard icon next to the forum there are smilies.
Everything was fine until this morning. Page still appears fine in IE.
