Praise for Typhoon

Hello, I'm a longtime lurker, but felt that the service I have received from Typhoon was worthy of praise.
I purchased a Typhoon shopping trolley 18-24 months ago and it has been used a lot. Today while returning home with it full of groceries, I caught the wheel while lifting it onto the bus and the wheel shattered.
I emailed Typhoon when I got home asking if I could have it repaired or purchase a new wheel. 17 minutes later I received a reply to say that they were sorry to hear about the problem and were putting a replacement wheel in the post. :T
So credit where it is due and many thanks to Typhoon for their excellent customer service.
