Can I go from being on the dole to working and earning £800 to £1000 a month with out wrecking my DRO. ??

That depends on your outgoings ie rent, gas elect, phone, travel, housekeeping and 'other' expenses. If you have less than £50 pm spare afterwards you will be ok.
