  • Damn I posted in the wrong forum about this, does anybody think this site is a scam? mailing or typing .co.uk I can't post links so just remove the gaps, cheers.
  • Many sites and business available who provide work at home and also pay in advance. Because, now a day Affiliate Marketing Programs and Internet Marketing Services is more popular than the other marketing strategy. Work at home is better than the company schedule work. For more marketing programs visit Escriptsite.com

    Thanks,

Hi, as long as they don't ask for any payment to work, it's probably okay.

When you decide to work from home, you should be wary of all the possible scams that could happen to you. Be wise. You're looking for a job which means you need money, not pay for something.

The sites I've mentioned before are some that are really legitimate because I have tried them and I am earning currently from those sites except for Peoplehour because I recently signed up and haven't got any jobs from there yet. But elance and odesk are really good. Just be aware that you have a lot of competition especially from the third world countries so don't expect to get a higher pay.

  • I agree that the freelance sites have jobs at atrociously low pay rates. I have done some writing work for clients mainly to gain experience but it's definitely not a way to make a lot of money fast. Some of the "employers" posting the ads really take the biscuit with their exploitative pay rates and rapid turnaround times. I saw a transcription job advertised where they wanted a one hour focus group typed and returned to them within five hours and all for the princely sum of $5 to $7 dollars (they always pay in dollars on these sites). With a British transcription agency I could earn at least £30 for that one hour transcription and they would allow me at least 24 hours to return it.
  • with the freelance sites you are competing against people in india etc, who have much lower costs of living.

I've tried looking at this site but get a domain holding page.

Hi I have found out that the site is a scam so avoid like the plague everybody.

Regarding the sites you gave all those jobs appear a bit specialist and all I want is something straight forward that I can do as an addition to my current job but I can't find anything, something like packing envelopes or typing as long as it's nothing specialist.
