DSO Exploit.

Everytime i run Spybot it finds 5 dso exploit even though i try to get rid of them they keep coming back. What are they? Avast finds nothing wrong do i need to worry?

if you use windows me this is a known problem with spybot 1.3(i think). so update to the latest version of spybot

Thanks for your help everyone. Do i uninstall spybot 1.3 before installing 1.4 version?

Not necessary just install 1.4.

Like they said ... issue with Spybot.

Download Spybot Search & Destroy and install it. Please run it, click "Search for Updates" then "Check for Problems". If it finds something, check/tick all items in RED and hit the “Fix Selected Problems” button. Exit Spybot.

If you keep getting the DSO Exploit entries, even after you updated Windows and fixed them, then download the Spybot DSO Exploit Fix here.
and install it over the current Spybot installation.

Before exiting Spybot, Click on the Immunize button to give further protection to your PC. Spybot updates tend to come out every Friday, so immediately after downloading the latest updates, click on the Immunize button.
