at risk of redundancy

my other half has just been informed he is at risk of redundancy. he has seen his redundancy selection criteria and feels he has been marked unfairly low in some parts of it, can he challenge this when he goes for his meeting.

Hi. Yes it's important that he understands the marks and questions this if he feels there is the need. He should aim to do this as constructively as possible (I knew someone once who had a very valid issue during their own redundancy consultation with a big brand name who handled the issue very poorly and what was seen as their 'attitude' ultimately then sealed their fate).
