E-Bay help

I've been trying to send a message to a seller on E-Bay. There is a box with a red cross in the corner & a message asking me to put a number in it but I don't see a number. I have to put the audio on to get the number. Any ideas as to what I'm missing.

Your browser is blocking the numbers (which are displayed as an image file-it's an anti-spam feature). Hit the 'refresh image' button and see if that helps.
I always use the audio option now where available, as the graphic numbers are often so hard to decipher.

Or log into your ebay account online and reply to the message from your inbox there. If it isn't there it didn't come thru the ebay system and faking messages from ebay should ring alarm bells of an ebay scammer

I think the OP is already logged in and viewing the message from there?
