Hi,I have successfully claimed ppi refund after compaining to the FOS ,the ppi is for a credit card. The FOS sped up the process as we ar in financial difficulties. The cc account has defaulted and I have a termination notice from the credit card company,I am on a self-administered dmp with them.....with the refund go directly to them....or what happens in this situation.

Well done on your success.
I would ask the FOS what they have asked of the account but normally if there is an outstanding balance/debt, they refund towards the that and anything remaining should come back to you, but please do not quote on me here, because some banks differ to another, good luck.;)

That is because they have 8 weeks to reply. Why should people go through your company?
One minute you say you work for a claims company the next that you have put your claim through them????????????????? Which is it.:mad:0
