What to do next...can anyone help please

Good morning all

I wonder if you can help me...

My partner's claim is currently with the courts awaiting the outcome of the supreme court hearing. We have recently received a letter from Barclays basically saying that due to the outcome that they do not believe that there is any legal basis on which the level of these charges can be challenged. We now have 8 weeks to respond after which time our claim will be closed.

Is there anything else we can do & is it advisable to contact the courts also!? Should I just use the templates provided for the claims at the court stage!?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Giley

    Hi there

No we would not qualify to be in financial hardship - although things are a struggle.

ok my suggestion would have been if you were in those circumstances then i would have suggested going to the obudsman to adjudicate your case, as they sem to help quicken up the process. Im sorry i couldnt help anymore.

What are the actual terms of the stay you have with the courts. That dictates your next move and not the generic offerings from the banks currently going out.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
