Following my post the other day about Mcafee :I kept getting a square coming ( Mcafee) up for winlogon.exe requesting access path c/window/system32/winlogon.exe, so I granted access as the process "winlogon.exe" runs in the background & is a part of the Windows Login subsystem Winlogon is necessary for user authorization and checks the Windows XP activation code ( was told this on here the other day)
Anyway the bloody box kept appearing & I kept clicking on 'grant access' but today the box says that winlogon.exe has been recognised as a Trojan horse & had blocked access, I'm now totally confused (I know, it doesn't take much
) I've ran AVG virus thingy & there was nothing on that. Can you help me guys
