The pole on my 3 year old garden umbrella broke due to child abuse. (the child was doing the abusing)
Called the maker Crombie & Paul. They said they would send me one. I said, how much? They said nothing, the pole isn't supposed to break.
So we are back into the shade for the heatwave.
When we bought it, I remember thinking I could get it cheaper at B & ...base. But my wife liked it. She was right, sometimes paying a little more is a money-saver.
