Suspected scammer won eBay item - What do I do now?

    Dont send it, its a scam, when that happened to me I just told the buyer I clearly stated in my description that I would only post to the UK, cancelled his bid and reclaimed the monies back, relisted the item with "block bidders from countries i dont ship to" added.

    Thanks. I'm just going to ignore the item. thinking of advertising the laptop locally (did I say it was a phone before? Oh well, laptop) as at least then I get to meet the buyer in person.

    You could always offer a Second Chance Buyer (or something like that). Basically it then offers to the 2nd highest bidder??

    Hi thanks for the idea, but I had set a reserve on this. Looks like some people were watching, but the scammer obviously just kept putting bids on until it showed that the reserve had been met. so no go there.

    Will contact eBay tomorrow.
