hi need some advice,
have just moved in to a new flat ordered a bed from argos paid and waited for them to deliver received a phone call the other day (after a month ) to say out of stock and they would give my money back but would take a week! I have been left with no bed and waiting are they allowed to do this??

Well, it really depends on the T&Cs, but most retailers have get-out clauses in their terms as they can not guarantee that they will have the stock to deliver.

But consider yourself lucky - Argos are not known for selling fabulous quality beds. There are a number of threads on here about Argos beds that needed replacement after a short period of time!
