I use something called Format Factory i know it does phone format to other format and also does audio formatt converting as well You can get it........... HERE

Which phone are you using? If it is a Nokia, download their free Nokia PC Suite and that will install the video codecs for playback on your PC.
If it's not a Nokia, try downloading the handset manufacturer's PC software.
Alternatively, download the K-Lite Codec Pack as that seems to be able to play anything in Windows Media Player.
