New bannisters and skirting

Can anyone give me a guide price on how much it would be to replace the skirting in my hallway, (downstairs only - not up the stairs or landing), replace the architraves around 2 internal doors and replace the bannisters (spindles, base rail and handrail). I'd like to get this done due to its state (and colour) but don't know how much a carpenter will look to charge. I would buy all materials so am looking for a guide labour cost only. If it's any help, I'm based in Kent.
Cheers, Birdy
