    Useful to think about two key points from the survey:

    In its current condition is the house worth what you have offered for it?

    Can you afford the cost of the necessary repairs/maintenance?

    JA1000 if it was going to be Jamaica forever I might not, but last placement was -25 degrees in Scandanavia!! So on that base Wales is kinda around the middle!

    Leika, There was nothing on the survey which was a massive surprise to me, I had already factored in that I would have to spend money on the house to bring it up to modern standards
