I have been using the doctors version since Jan and have lost 2stone.
Definately worth a go, but you do have to change your eatting habits, but its sooooo worth it!

u must my twin cos im exactly the same but my doc wouldnt give it to me on nhs prescription cos i wasnt *fat* enough..god i hate it when people r sizest.."well fat" is just an awful way to describe it :mad:

I might try these again, didn't work first time. I think you need a 'fatty' diet and I do eat quite healthily so not a lot of fat 'came' out. :eek:0 -

Just to point out, English prescription charges are actually £7.20 atm.... Until 1st April that is where it will prob increase again
I know they are £7.20 so i dont know why i put £6.80!:o I am not sure what they are going up to in England but we got the info through today and ours are coming down to £3 on Thursdaywould love to win an ipad!

I didn't take them as required so the effect wasn't as expected. I tried to save money by only taking 1 a day. :mad::o:o:o0 -

just to clarify the bmi issue, if you do, or have ever done any form of exercise, especially resistance exercise you can be slim and be 'overweight' on the charts. Most GPs, physios and health professionals do not use the BMI chart for this reason..I am 5'7 and size 12 and am classed as overweight due to muscle mass from dancing, same as the majority of dancers (some size 8) that I used to dance with
