Well if their basic account is the one named 'Bank Account', then yes, it is. Unless they're is another basic one elsewhere on their site...
It is not the one for the basic account the basic account has no debit card facility its just a cash card, and the globe isn't silver is sort of black dots. and it says basic bank at the top0 -

you're 14 and refer to RBS as royal bank of scotland and NatWest as National Westminster?
