I rang capital one today to ask if they could send out my charges for the last 6 year she gave me an Address and told me to get a postal order for £5.00 and send it in with the claim letter, is this correct? i have been reading £10.00.

I would have done it in writing myself but if they are asking or £5 then they are asking for £50 -
I called them up as one this website it said some accept over the phone so thought i would give it a try no harm in it hey?!
And was asking about the £5.00 business as i have been reading through and the majority of people give £10 i don't want to send it off for it to be returned.
Anyway sent it all off yesterday £5 PO hope to here from them soon
