On the 25/02/2010, I placed an order with kitchen science for a refrigerator which I found offered the cheapest price on the net, within two hours of placing such order, I received an email from Kitchen science to say they had cancelled my order due to me failing some credit/ fraud checks. (Apparently my new credit card had been previously used on their site, which is impossible). However my credit card had already debited almost immediately for the amount of the appliance. After contacting the very rude customer service assistants on more than one occasion, I was told that I needed to wait for a refund which will take between 3-4 working days. This refund has yet to come, and my credit card company is adamant that I wait a further 5-10 days for the transaction to reflect. Please be aware of this company, after checking their site again for the appliance, I found that they did not actually have the product in stock, so they are big liars. There are better reputable companies out there such as TribalUK who I recommend to anyone, don’t be fooled by their low prices.:mad::mad::mad:
