I had Clarity chasing me about my Citicard debt. I still hadn't received the CCA from Citicard so sent one of Never In Doubts 'in dispute' letters and Clarity wrote back to say thanks for letting them know and they had passed it back to Citicard. Have a look on the unenforceability thread and it will show you which letter to send.
Good luck
Thanks, but I don't think any of them are appropriate? They sent me the CCA and it's fine, has my signature on it and everything.0 -
Anyone at all?0

I have found this for clarity, no mention of Creation or Duet. I think its an independent Debt collection agency, I'm sure someone else will look at the link and let you know.0 -

So what you're saying is that I should keep paying the money back to Creation rather than Clarity?
Clarity do say in their letter "until further notice all repayment proposals must be agreed with us"... but like I say, Creation were fine with accepting a token payment and didn't mention anything about Clarity...0 -
No, I wasn't saying that. It looks to me as the debt has now been passed over to Clarity. Creation should not be asking you for the money now, they would have sold that debt on.
Await someone to confirm this.0
