in Credit cards
Hi
Can any body enlighten, I ordered a Virgin credit card online, and I know it says it can take up to 10 days to process, but I ordered mine 7 days ago and have heard nothing. Does anyone know, do you get an email to let you know that its being dealt with or do you hear nothing for those 10 days. Its just that I want to know whether to chase it up or if this is normal. No email is a bit uninformative.
Any input appreciated

I'm guessing, but that looks like one of those "corporate practices" that some companies use. You know what I mean, those tiny little lines that you get after they've got your info.
Personally I'd try and be "smarter than the average bear" and check their site too see if there's a contact number, because if it's anything like the Amex customer line, the automated system offers you the option of chasing up card applications.
Which would be better safe than sorry!

The Virgin card is run by MBNA and this is normal practice for them.
The first you'll hear from them is when your credit agreement (or rejection) drops through your letterbox.0 -
