Is this a spoof email?

I sold a pair od Diesel jeans about two weeks ago. The buyer hasn't left any feedback yet.
But today I got a message in my inbox and my personal email purporting to be from the buyer claiming they are not 32" as labelled and described.
I know that they are.
I clicked to reply and something told me something wasn't right.
I then realised the user name was different to that of the buyer.
So, is this a spoof?
Should I change my password?

That is odd, all I can think of is to send a message back to your original buyer using your own link and not 'reply' and ask them if they are contacting you.

As masterbrown says. have a look at there username and click on the symbol at the side (the round one) does it show the old username?.0
